Worst service I have ever had !
STAY AWAY…!!!
They just wanna rip money out of you!!!
My truck went in for an electrical issue which they were told when it was booked in and sent emails from my regular dealer which they ignored!!!
This truck just travelled from another hino dealer in Albury which stated NO LEAKS !
I received a video of this dealer ship who had pulled my motor apart, when I asked why what codes did it bring up, they sent a invoice saying no codes shown
I told them to put my motor back together they charged me 350.00 I had to get a tow truck another 1600.00 to be sent to my normal dealer ship
It got to my dealership and the common rail cross treaded put a screw drive or something threw one pipe and damaged all the pipes leading to the motor, had no gasket at all
This in turn totally distorted my whole motor, I rang a number of times got thrown from person to person
NO WAY this truck could have drove from ALBURY TO SYDNEY leaking Deidesheim everywhere like we got it back !
Tried to come to the party with fair trading and asked just for the price of the common rail they ignored and wrote some excuse about they diagnosed the truck and only charged 350.00 which had NOTHING to do with the things they had broken
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Plus my truck was off the road for 4 months STAY AWAY they will throw you from person to person if there is a issue
Iam taking this further so you don’t do this to other people!
Spare parts staff is useless, does not listen to customer properly, always in hurry to hang up on phone.
I would not reccomend anyone for service or parts . 👎

It’s a shame that I have to give one star.
I bought a new hino tipper early last year. It took 12 agonizing months for this truck to come in. I heard it all from; it’s on the ship, there’s a fire in Japan, it will be here next month and so on.
Even after it arrived at their dealership, they could not tell me how long it needs and they kept delaying it.
Once I finally picked it up, I noticed that they had registered it at the wrong gvm so I had to later take the truck my self back to the mechanic, get it weighed at the weigh bridge and go into rms to update it. No compensation from their end.
I’ve just dropped the truck off for a it’s second service. It’s done 17,000 kms.
The hub caps have been leaking grease since I took the truck for the first pink slip and had only done around 7000kms at the time.
Got a call back from service telling me that warranty won’t cover this as the truck has been late with servicing. Even though I’ve had this issue for the past year.
What a disgrace city hino has been from sales to servicing. I only hope that my experience can lead someone to a better dealership and not city hino

Truck booked in 7.30 20,000 k service. Waiting in service lounge, coffee machine and biscuits. Truck finished at 12 o'clock every thing done what was asked for. Top service thanks
Very bad truck and bad customer service , we bought new trucks from city Hino, 3 times trouble on the high way, I suggest buy isuzu truck more better, even second hand isuzu truck better thank brand new hino.

Purchased hino for $62000 ,worst experience as I picked up the truck on a Saturday and the front tyres were bald and front end vibrated dangerously.When rang sales man he said get it fixed and send the bill,9months later still waiting for invoice to be paid for $750,disgraceful customer service,we have a fleet of 28 vehicles we will never buy a hino from Arndell Park

The correspondence and communication from City Hino was wonderful. From the salesman, General manager and the accounts department they were all great people to deal with. Nothing to fault them on!
